A professional business address without the office. You get a physical mailing address at 20140 Scholar Dr., — useful for business registration, banking, and anywhere you'd rather not use your home address.

Best for home-based businesses, consultants, and anyone who needs a commercial address on paper.

Everything the incubator offers except dedicated space. For entrepreneurs who need coaching, connections, and visibility more than they need a desk.
